UPCOMING DEADLINE.
Entries for 2008 Robert Watson Literary Prizes must be postmarked by 15 September 2008.
AWARDS.
Winners of the Fiction and Poetry Prizes will each receive a $500 cash award.
CONTEST RULES.
1 No previously published works, works accepted for publication, or simultaneous submissions are eligible.
2 Poetry may be any length; maximum length for fiction is 7,500 words. Fiction manuscripts may be double-spaced.
3 Manuscripts must be typed and accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope, with sufficient postage to return, for reply. Manuscripts will not be returned unless specifically requested by author. No e-mail submissions are accepted.
4 All manuscripts meeting the above requirements and submitted by 15 September 2008 will be considered for cash award as well as for publication in The Greensboro Review.
5 Winning manuscripts will appear in the Spring 2009 issue of The Greensboro Review.
6 All manuscripts not accepted for publication by The Greensboro Review will be released to the authors by 31 December 2008.
